Representative for the Town of Ellettsville concerning engineering, planning, water, sanitary sewer and acquisition of easements and right-of-ways. Prepared State Revolving Fund facility plans and applied for loan to construct the Ellettsville wastewater treatment plant.

MS4 Operator (Stormwater), Assist with the contract operations of the Ellettsville wastewater treatment plant. Provide planning assistance and coordination of new developments, Assist with annual budget process & Town Council with long range planning for water and sewer.
